1. Interested candidates should send their applications along with attested copies of all academic certificates and mark sheets, certificates of registration as physicians (for candidates having professional degrees), experience certificates, citizenship certificate, three (03) copies of passport size photographs, complete CV and a non-refundable bank draft or pay order (postal order will not be accepted) for Tk. 200/- (two hundred taka only For Hamdard Foundation Bangladesh) to Secretary General, Hamdard Foundation Bangladesh, Hamdard Bhaban, 99, Bir Uttam C. R. Dutta Road, Kalabagan, Dhaka-1205, mentioning the name of the preferred college.
2. Candidates who will apply under the quota of freedom fighters/children of martyred freedom fighters should attach to their applications the attested copies of the certificates duly signed by the concerned officer of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs. In this case other terms and conditions will apply as per the government rules.
3. In case of candidates having higher degrees, the age and experience may be relaxed.
4. Salary, allowance and other benefits will be as per rule and the decision of the authority will be considered to be final.
