Job Description / Responsibility

• Planning for production for the month.
• Man, machines, material planning and handling.
• Work allotment and achieving daily and monthly production target.
• Review of Planning vs Achievement of production.
• Manage the manpower as per the requirement.
• Taking care of quality required for production.
• Visits project sites to oversee the erection works with the supplied specialized materials.
• Oversee the welding methodology used in the heavy steel structure and bridge girder.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed engineering institution.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Factory/Plant/Facility Management

Additional Job Requirements

• A sound technical background in heavy steel production.
• Able to work in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in SAW, FCAW, CO2 and welding methodology in bridge girder.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Proficiency in English language and Emailing skill is a preference.
