Job Description / Responsibility

• To perform day to day maintenance and operational activities of Hotel Engineering as per company standard within time frame.
• Supervision of Engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of all the Hotel Utility and production Machines.
• Monitor and ensure the operation and maintenance must meet the company standard within the budget.
• Investigating and recommending technology changes to facilities cost savings and continuous capacity improvement.
• Coordinate with other relevant functional departmental activity of the Hotel.
• Adequate knowledge on various Engineering facilities of the Hotel.
• Ensure and check periodically for potential areas of energy saving opportunities.
• Ability to handle multiple task/trouble shooting of modern operational machines.
• Good report writing skill for submission of technical evaluation report and proposal for improvement of works.
• Team player and able to lead a team of engineering and contractors.
• To perform independent shift as a shift in-charge of Engineering department.
• Perform emergency support duty as and when required by the company.
• Adopt safety measures among all of his subordinates and contractors.
• Assist in departmental budget preparation, staff training and hotel renovation project.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed public and private university or Diploma Engineering with 8-10 years in hotel industry experience may apply for the position.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hospitals/Clinic/Diagonastic Centre, Hotels/Resorts, Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 28 to 32 year(s)
• 3-4 years hands on experience in Electro-mechanical engineering maintenance and operation.
• Knowledge on operation and maintenance of HVAC, Boiler, Electrical substation, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire fighting & detection system, Building Automation, diesel generator sets, water pumps, security equipment`s, PABX system will be added advantages.
• Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and AUTO-CAD will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC trouble shooting will be an advantage.
• Good leadership, execution skill and ability to manage.
• Age can be relaxed in case of relevant experienced candidate.
