Job Description / Responsibility

Product pricing and capacity management;
Drive execution by managing and interacting with cross functional team members, vendors and customers;
Effective and timely issue resolution;
Product development and execution in line with source base capabilities and customer needs;
Maintain dynamic source base to optimize sourcing opportunities;
Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, International Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Any additional course/ Diploma on similar profession will get preference.
Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is requisite.
Well versed in monitoring the woven production & sales follow-up and costing.
Strong knowledge about fabric, garments washing, printing & embroidery work.
Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
Must have work experience in knit garments manufacturer
Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
The candidate must be experienced on Social /Ethical Standard Audits;
Must be well disciplined and a team player and should have dynamic & good personality;
Must have good knowledge of computer applications including MS Word (Bangla Tyiping), Excel, Internet, Hardware etc.
