Job Description / Responsibility

• Our leading program is Walk for Life (www.walkforlife.org.au)
• WFL is the largest single country clubfoot program in the world. Over 13 000 children have been enrolled in our clinics since 2009.
• We are a National Program in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
• We have five additional programs in health and education.
• We wish to engage an administrator with wide experience in NGO�s/INGOs.
• This position will be responsible to the Country Director and the Board of Directors.
• It involves day to day control of all programs covering government communication, quality, achieving budgets, data collection and motivating staff for best outcomes.
• The General Manager will be responsible for existing office staff, plus 30 clinic managers, and assistants and project managers.
• Job Location: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka
